Qigong is a practice grounded in the holistic view of life, which involves the active, inward-focused application of conscious activity (externalized through regulating the mind, body, and breath) to transform, perfect, and enhance the functions of human life, thereby turning natural instincts into conscious intelligence.
In fact, the practice of Buddhism, Daoism, Confucianism, Chinese medicine, Martial art, Taiji and Yoga are also all belong to qigong.
Qigong practice not only can activate the self-healing power, but also can strength the body, sublimate the soul.
Traditional Chinese Qigong believes that, if genuine Qi exists in the interior, pathogenic factors will have no way to invade, when Qi and blood flow freely and smoothly, no disease will arise. Therefore, no matter any illnesses, it’s also possible to recover totally.

Main Teacher Dong Xinjian
He began practicing qigong in 1987 and started learning Zhineng Qigong in 1990.
In 1995, he completed a two-year teacher training course at the Huaxia Zhineng Qigong Training Center and subsequently worked at the Huaxia Healing Center, where he led cancer rehabilitation classes mainly.
From 1997 onward, he taught and conducted healing courses in multiple Chinese cities, including Hong Kong.
His international work began in 2012 with teaching and healing in Malaysia, followed by courses in many other countries.
Since 1994, he have on many occasions led group healing sessions for hundreds to thousands of participants, often resulting in immediate pain relief, illness recovery, and observable reduction or disappearance of tumors.

Schedule:
During every session, lecture is around 20 minutes, practice and healing is around 40 minutes.
All the sessions will have two times, one is mainly for America, one is mainly for Europe, around every two weeks one time.

1. Everyone is free to register with any organizer. Each organizer maybe provide different support.
2. Xi’an center only can provide registration for English-Speaking people, but no special support.

All the participants can visit recordings on vimeo for one year after the course.
Agreements:
Any part of the course can’t be shared with other people.
Refund policy:
During the course, the participants can terminate the course any time, but they need to pay for the sessions they learned, each session need to pay 32 USD.
