Teacher Dong Xinjian

He began practicing qigong in 1987 and started learning Zhineng Qigong in 1990.

In 1995, he completed a two-year teacher training course at the Huaxia Zhineng Qigong Training Center and subsequently worked at the Huaxia Healing Center, where he led cancer rehabilitation classes mainly.

He joined the Xi’an Zhineng Qigong Science Center in 2021, became a member of the China Medical Qigong Association in 2023, and obtained certification in Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Management Skills in 2025.

Vision Training

In 2004, he started to apply Zhineng Qigong principles to vision training, developing the Shuzi Mingmu method.

Since 2012, he has conducted vision training internationally, beginning in Malaysia and continuing in countries including India, Austria, the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Italy, Mexico, Uruguay, and Argentina. Significant vision improvement has been observed even after a single session.

Qigong Healing

From 1997 onward, he taught and conducted healing courses in multiple Chinese cities, including Hong Kong.

His international work began in 2012 with teaching and healing in Malaysia, followed by courses in many other countries.

Since 1994, he has on many occasions led group healing sessions for hundreds to thousands of participants, often resulting in immediate pain relief, illness recovery, and observable reduction or disappearance of tumors.

Standing Meditation

Since 1987, standing meditation has been his core practice.

In his teachings, he integrates standing meditation into health training, healing sessions, and vision improvement programs, achieving notable results. Many participants experience not only physical benefits but also relief from deep-seated emotional distress, leading to a peaceful and powerful state of mind.

Soul harbor

He began teaching mind-body wellness in China after 1995. Since 2012, his teachings have expanded internationally, reaching numerous countries.

Through his guidance, many practitioners have experienced reduced ego, diminished negative emotions, and developed a more peaceful, powerful, stable and independent mind.

Shuzi Mingmu

Shuzi Mingmu takes holistic view of man and nature as its basic theory, creatively absorbs the essence of ancient Chinese archery training and domestic and foreign vision training methods, and has a remarkable effect on improving vision. Also it is very effective to improve health of body and mind.

Shuzi Mingmu was researched in 2004, began to be promoted in China one year later, and began to go global from 2012. Training courses have been held in Malaysia, India, Austria, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Mexico, Uruguay and Argentina.

Shuzi Mingmu used to have about 40 international co-organizers of, coming from 18 countries: Malaysia, India, Singapore, Austria, Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Italy, France, Belgium, Switzerland, Israel, Turkey, Mexico, Argentina, United States, Australia and United Kingdom.

Shuzi mingmu method is a kind of natural vision training method, which includes looking far away methods, qigong method, imagination method, relaxation method, and so on.
