My name is Teresa Bech and I live in Mexico.

First of all, thank you for the course you gave us in these 10 sessions.

In my particular case, I entered the course due to a cataract problem in my left eye, and I have focused the whole course on this eye. My vision was very blurry and I went to the ophthalmologist for this problem and that’s where I was diagnosed, he the doctor already suggested the operation, but I intended to try zhineng qigong first.

For the exercises of looking away, use an eye chart of letters with 11 lines. With both eyes I was able to see up to line 9 well, with my left eye the first session I only see well up to the second line, then in the third session I already saw the third and fourth lines clearly and currently I am working on the fifth line with very successful.

This improvement has helped me a lot when driving the car because my vision became clearer, I see the surroundings with more clarity and brighter.

Another great success was that I use eyewear glasses with a prescription of 1.75 to read. And I had never tried to read without them and one day I went out to the garden to read in very good light and I was able to read perfectly without glasses for more than an hour.

I have been constant with the practice of both looking away method and mingmu method even on Saturdays and Sundays, i also practice the first level almost daily and twice a week the second level.

In general, I have felt very good, with more vitality and joy.

I am very happy and grateful with the course and with all the translators who made it possible.

I am very committed to continue working and in a few more months, when I have an eye examination, I will be able to report that the cataract is already gone.
