2026 Online Soul Harbor Course

Introduction:

Cultivating the mind is the foundation of all practices in Buddhism, Daoism, Confucianism, martial arts, traditional Chinese medicine, Qigong, and yoga. Based on the holistic theories of human-nature unity and Jing-Qi-Shen unity, this course combines explanation and practice to help alleviate stress, negative emotions , and attachment. It also helps unblock qi-and-blood stagnation caused by long-term emotional imbalance, thereby harmonizing both body and mind. Furthermore, it can awaken inner wisdom and guide you toward discovering your true self.

If you feel mentally exhausted and lost in thought, why not pause for a moment and let your mind rest.

General Organizer:
China Zhineng Science Xi’an Center，Key Training Base of China Medical Qigong Association.

Main Teacher:
Dong Xinjian, practice qigong from 1987, become a qigong teacher from 1995, member of the China Medical Qigong Association and Expert in Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Management, teacher of Xi’an center, China.

Language: 1. multi-language interpretation. 2. On bottom of zoom, enter more, participants can enable subtitles and translation functions for more than 30 languages.

Schedule:
During every session, lecture is around 20 minutes, peace practice is around 40 minutes.
All the sessions will have two times, one is mainly for America, one is mainly for Europe, around every two weeks one time.
Because Spring Festival will be in February, it’s very busy, so the course will be suspended in February.

Content:
1. Teach one key concept or method in each class.
2. Experience innner peace practice.
4. WhatsApp Group Communication.

Price:
1. Full payment is 128 USD.
2. Early-bird price: before 24:00, January 1 (Beijing Time), only need to pay 102 USD.
3. Live or recordings price is same.
4. The participants needn’t pay commission.

Registration:
1. Everyone is free to register with any organizer. Each organizer maybe provide different support.
2. Xi’an center only can provide registration for English-Speaking people, but no special support.
Recordings:
All the participants can visit recordings on vimeo for one year after the course.

Agreements:
Any part of the course can’t be shared with other people.

Refund policy:
During the course, the participants can terminate the course any time, but they need to pay for the sessions they learned, each session need to pay 32 USD.
