Effect of the Practice of Znqg in My Life Transformation and Well-being

Early days of the transformation

My name is Martha Gonzalez, I am Mexican, 54 years old, I have been practicing znqg for two years. I started my practice with teachers Renata Ramos and Marta Chang in April 2020, at the beginning of the pandemic. I immediately saw the effects of the practice in my body, I lost weight and felt much more health. At that time I became very ill in my digestive system due to a setback; however I recovered very soon, it was like resetting myself physically and strengthening myself emotionally. My spirit was also empowered.

Through my Mexican teachers I met teachers Ling and Lu and participated in the first level of the reborn course. The teachings resonated with the learnings that I had been accumulating in the search of my own well-being, the knowledge and contact with myself, and listening to my inner voice.

Imminent transformation

Fortunately, discipline was something that was already part of my habits, and I was able to practice systematically, also in the pandemic conditions that favoured the availability of time and conditions and strenghthened my intentions to stay healthy and strong. In the months of April of May of 2020, while I was sleeping, I sometimes felt new, deep pains, that I was able to accept and assimilate as energy releases, transformation and reprogramming of my body, my emotions and my higher self. My goals in life were clarified and coincided with being natural again, so I was soon able to emigrate from the big and stressing city of Mexico and move to a town in the Mexican province where well-being is inescapable.

Achieving my dreams and goals of a higher quality life was now a reality, which began day by day during my internship and expanded to the rest of my life in a natural and paradisiacal environment. My great transformation was a fact.

Vision magnification

In January 2021 I took the course for the natural improvement of sight, shuzi mingmu, with master dong, in order to improve the vision of my right eye, whose grading had been increasing year after year.    Nonetheless, the real challenge was to find a greater recovery of the vision of my left eye, in which I had suffered an accident at the age of 8, losing my vision due to a strong impact on the cornea, the crystalline and retina, that at that time put my eye in risk, with the possibility of losing it. Then I had been the subject of a miracle, because with an energy healing therapy they saved my eye. Now with this method I decided to modify the prognosis of inescapable blindness, given the damage to non-regenerable nerve cells. I believe in regeneration of cells, and the practices of znqg have confirmed it to me.

Transformation, another tangible reality

Today I observe changes in the vision of my left eye, sometimes new, different sensations, a different awareness of the vision of this eye, realizing the image of this eye independent to the one that the right eye provides to my brain.            Although medically a new prognosis cannot be made, I realize that there are changes, that the vision with that eye has improved, surprising me with its evolution, and encouraging me to continue with our practices, because they are beneficial to me in all aspects of my life.
